- You (the Customer) are at all times the “Responsible Person” under Article 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (the FSO);
- We are not, and will not be, the Responsible Person unless we expressly confirm this in writing.

6. Fees and Payment
All fees, payment terms, invoicing, and release of Deliverables are set out in the Business Terms and/or your Service Proposal/invoice. For reference: payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date in cleared funds; Deliverables are released only on receipt of cleared payment.)
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling or cancellation of any pre-booked Services is governed by the Business Terms (which require at least 48 hours’ written notice; failure to provide this may result in full charges being payable).

Any assessments, reports, or advice we provide are based on the information supplied to us at the time of the assessment and are for the Purpose stated in the Service Proposal. They do not constitute legal advice and are not a guarantee of statutory compliance. You are responsible for how you use any reports or advice and should seek independent professional advice before acting on recommendations.

When using our Services you must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access to the Premises as required under the Business Terms (including building plans, previous reports, maintenance records, training records, and all other listed documents). Failure to do so may invalidate the assessment or report.
