The company director, Joe Garcia, is a former firefighter and an experienced fire safety enforcement and inspecting officer who served with Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service for over 27 years inspecting and consulting on new developments in hotels, care homes, blocks of flats, HMO's, mixed use buildings, holiday lets and licensed premises.
