With 14 years’ experience as a Fire Safety Enforcement Officer, Joe specialised in regulatory compliance, fire engineering, and risk management. This included two years partnering with Private Sector Housing on HMOs and flats, and providing formal consultations to Building Control and Licensing teams.
We deliver clear, expert support to help you effectively manage fire safety risks and systems in your buildings, ensuring full compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and current guidance, while avoiding unnecessary cost and complexity.
