Fire Safety Compliance

Maintaining fire safety compliance isn't accidental, it requires expert guidance and proactive support to minimise risks to your organisation.  With our in-depth knowledge of current UK regulations, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, we can help you manage fire safety in your building effectively.

Stay fully compliant, protect occupants and assets, and keep your focus where it belongs: on running your business.

Fire Risk Assessments

Why our Fire Risk Assessment?

We use a Fire Risk Assessment system that is fully aligned with Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service auditing standards. It is based on the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and current industry best practice. This means our Fire Risk Assessment gives you a clear indication of how your premises would likely perform during an official Fire Authority inspection, including an expected compliance level.

Not all Fire Risk Assessments are equal.

Fire Safety Audits

Unsure about compliance?

Using our independently developed software, which is fully aligned with Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service auditing processes, we can provide you with a clear Compliance Level outcome. For example: “Compliant – Acceptable Risk”, along with an expected level of potential Fire Authority enforcement action.

Enforcement Support

If you’ve received a poor outcome following a fire service inspection and are unsure how to proceed, we can help. We’ll assess the inspection findings, explain what they mean for your business, and advise you on the most appropriate action. We will provide a clear, practical action plan to address any deficiencies and support you in achieving full compliance.
